Online membership for Wāhine who lead, mother, create and carry.

Under the wider kaupapa of Hine Hau, Manaaki is a seasonal sanctuary for wāhine who are creating, leading, mothering, and holding space for others — to receive nourishment in return.

Manaaki is here to support wāhine to gently midwife their creations into existence — be they offerings, businesses, ideas, home-making or shifts in identity and season.

This is not a place for pressure or performance, but to invite you into a rhythm of reflection, clarity, and gentle action — restoring mauri, focus, and faith in your path.

Offered in 3- and 6-month journeys, Manaaki weaves together breathwork, karakia, journaling, and deep kōrero under the guiding Maramataka phases.

Hine Hau is an offering for all wāhine—of every culture, background, and story—who feel the call to reconnect with their inner wisdom and reclaim their fullness. While we are deeply guided by mātauranga Māori, this kaupapa is not only for wāhine Māori. It is open to all who come with respect, reverence, and a willingness to journey inward.

We respect the diverse threads that shape each woman's path, and we welcome all expressions of wairua—whether rooted in ancestral tradition, personal devotion, or quiet conversations with te Atua.

Whether you are reconnecting with your indigeneity, learning to listen to your body, or discovering breathwork for the first time—Hine Hau is a space where you are welcome.
