Hine Hau is a dedicated stream within the Elevare kaupapa, created especially for wāhine to deepen into their breath, wairua, and sacred leadership.
Where Elevare focuses on breathwork education and practitioner training, Hine Hau offers spaces for healing, experience, and connection — grounded in mātauranga Māori and the power of wāhine-tanga.
Rooted in the breath of Hine-Ahu-One, the first woman, Hine Hau honours te ha — our breath — as a gateway to remembrance, sovereignty, and spiritual reconnection. This is a return to body, lineage, and the quiet knowing that lives within us as wāhine.
